I believe these are the 3 pillars to great health and aesthetics. Optimising your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle (e.g. sleep, stress management, detoxification pathways & more). It may sound simple, but functional medicine is powerful.

Because of my qualifications and experience in both Nutritional Therapy and Personal Training, I have all the tools to coach you towards positive changes in all 3 of these key pillars to achieve your goals - regardless of your starting point. After reaching your goals, you can continue with your new formed habits to set you up for a long and healthy life.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE APPROACH

Using evidence based functional medicine - I will treat your body as a whole, looking for the root cause, not symptom management or fad diets. This is why I will take the time to listen to YOUR story, before creating a personalised protocol.

Although I will mostly use simple but effective food, exercise and lifestyle recommendations in my protocols. I may also recommend supplements and functional lab testing, if appropriate. However, the goal is never to have you on a lifelong cocktail of supplements or require constant testing. The goal is to get your body to a place where it can function optimally on it’s own.

Most chronic diseases are a byproduct of poor lifestyle and I firmly believe that, under the right conditions, the body has a great capacity to heal itself. The problem is, our lifestyles are not in line with how our body needs to function. I want to help you get back into balance.
