    Like many women, for many years I tried a range of diets from Weight Watchers etc.

    Whilst I lost the odd pound every so often, I was unable to maintain it for very long so my weight subsequently increased – often to more than it was originally!

    With Oliver’s plan, my weight is now under control with a loss of 12kg and a significant BMI reduction (from overweight to normal) maintained.

    I also credit big improvements in my Chronic Kidney Disease and blood pressure to the plan and consequently I have been able to wean myself off BP medication safely.

    I had suffered from Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) for several years and found that any medication from my doctor provided only temporary relief, at best.

    Also both primary and secondary medical practitioners did not resolve the situation as it worsened.

    But, in clinic with Oliver, I received much better care which was more personalised and, importantly, my symptoms started to improve quite soon afterwards with even further improvement later on as long as I followed his Nutrition Plan.

    The main benefit was reduced pain after eating but I also found that I had much more energy than before treatment.

    Also, if I fail to follow the plan (despite it being straightforward!), I know that Oliver is available to get me back on track in follow-up consultations - which is reassuring.
